Introduction

Welcome to the Global Entrepreneurship Conference (the "Conference"). By registering for and/or attending the Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or attend the Conference.

Registration and Payment

  1. Eligibility: Registration is open to entrepreneurs, investors, students, professionals, and anyone interested in entrepreneurship. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
  2. Registration Fee: All attendees must pay the applicable registration fee in full before attending the Conference. The fee is non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy
  3. Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this confirmation to the event for check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Attendee Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 30 days before the Conference start date to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the Conference.
  2. Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the Conference is canceled or rescheduled, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. If the Conference is canceled, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. If rescheduled, attendees may choose to transfer their registration to the new dates or request a refund.

Code of Conduct

  1. Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Compliance: Attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations, as well as the rules and policies set forth by the Conference venue.

Intellectual Property

  1. Content: All materials presented at the Conference, including but not limited to presentations, slides, and handouts, are the intellectual property of the respective presenters. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Conference materials without explicit permission from the author.
  2. Recordings: The Conference may be recorded by the organizers for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded and grant the organizers the right to use any recordings containing your image or voice.

Liability

  1. Assumption of Risk: By attending the Conference, you assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to, personal injury and property damage.
  2. Limitation of Liability: The organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Conference.

Privacy

  1. Data Collection: By registering for the Conference, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for Conference-related purposes, including but not limited to, communication about the event, networking opportunities, and marketing.
  2. Third Parties: We may share your information with third-party service providers for the sole purpose of organizing and facilitating the Conference. We will not sell or disclose your information to any other third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

Changes to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Conference website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
