Refund Policy
Overview
The Global Entrepreneurship Conference ("the Conference") is committed to providing a
valuable experience for all attendees. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent
you from attending, and we have established the following refund policy to address such
situations.
Attendee Cancellations

Cancellation Requests: To cancel your registration, you must submit a written request
via email to official@globalconclaves.com. Please include your registration details and the
reason for cancellation.

Refund Schedule:
- 30+ Days Before the Conference: If you cancel your registration 30 or more
days before the Conference start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the
registration fee.
- Within 30 Days of the Conference: No refunds will be issued for cancellations
made within 30 days of the Conference start date.

Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration
to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to
official@globalconclaves.com at least 7 days before the Conference start date. Please include
the new attendee's name, contact information, and any dietary restrictions or special
requirements.
Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

Conference Cancellation:In the unlikely event that the Conference is canceled by the
organizers, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. All registration fees
paid will be fully refunded within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

Rescheduled Conference: If the Conference is rescheduled, registered attendees will
have the option to:
- Transfer their registration to the new Conference dates
- Request a full refund of the registration fee. Refund requests must be submitted in
writing to official@globalconclaves.com within 14 days of the rescheduling
announcement.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be given for no-shows. A "no-show" is defined as an attendee who does not
attend the Conference without providing prior notice of cancellation.
Force Majeure
The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration,
or cancellation/postponement of the Conference due to causes beyond its control, including but
not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, civil disorder, or acts of
terrorism. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request. Refunds
will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
