ABOUT Mount Carmel College
Mount Carmel College, Autonomous, Bengaluru, established in 1948, is dedicated to the empowerment of youth through education. Managed by the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST), the college has set benchmarks in quality education and has empowered generations of women to become agents of change in society. Affiliated with Bangalore University and Bengaluru Central University, the college is recognized under 2(f) and 12(b) of the UGC Act. Granted autonomous status in 2005, MCC has been accredited by NAAC with an ‘A+’ grade in the last round of accreditation in 2019.
